Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Body Figure India, we work to ensure your orders reach you smoothly and on time. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Shipping Timelines
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Dispatch timelines may vary during high-volume periods, sale events, or holidays.
Serviceable Locations
We currently ship Pan-India (T&C apply).
Certain pin codes may have limited service availability due to courier restrictions.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on all orders above ₹1999.
A standard shipping fee of ₹100 is applied on orders below ₹999.
Dispatch & Partners
Orders are fulfilled from our multiple warehouse locations to ensure faster delivery.
We ship through trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.
Holidays & Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen weather conditions, operational
challenges, or national holidays.
In such cases, our team will keep you informed proactively.
Payment Policy
To ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience, Body Figure India offers multiple payment modes. Please review our Payment Options Policy below.

Security
All payments processed through Razorpay are secure and encrypted. Body Figure India does not store any card or banking information.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Order Confirmation
An order is considered successfully placed once the customer receives an Order
Confirmation Email. If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed.
Failed or Refunded Payments
In case of a failed payment where the amount is deducted, the payment gateway will
auto-reverse it to the original mode within 5–7 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Body Figure India, we want you to feel completely comfortable and confident with your purchase. While we maintain strict hygiene standards, we also understand that sometimes, things may not work out as expected.
What’s Eligible for Return/Exchange
We offer a no-questions-asked return/exchange on skirts and tops only provided that:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All tags and labels are intact
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery. Once the request is approved, we’ll arrange a home pickup for you.
Returns are not eligible for all bras, lingerie, shapewear, and athleisure wear.
Please note: applicable shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
We’ll initiate the refund once your bank account details are shared and verified within 7-10 working days post pickup.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items (as per category)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Shapewears
- Bodysuits
- Shorts
If any of these items are delivered defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately, we’ll ensure it’s resolved on priority.
